1 Can custom ties be ordered? Yes.
2 Is there extra charge for custom bow? If there is an extra charge of 5 dollars on top of the price of the bow.
3 Can a custom bow be returned? We do not accept returns no matter if the tie is a special order or a regular purchase.
4 Can a headband be replaced by a hook or vice versa? If a loop can be ordered by substituting either of the two.
5 To place an order, do you pay shipping? Yes, and the cost depends on the place where the purchase is going to be sent.
6 When making the purchase, how long does the shipment take? Usually ships the day after purchase. My logo colors are purple and grey. I would like the same shade of colors to be used.
